Street Vendors from Madura - Sate Ayam
I've eaten at these small carts a couple of times this one is in Pasar Gianyar the other one was in Pasar Sukawati both times it was very good they give you a peanut sauce to put on it if you like.  Pasar is Bahasa Indonesian for 'market'.  Sate Ayam is 'chicken'.  As I remember the cost was 20,000 rupiah for 6 sticks with sauce, I think I got a potato as well..?

The Madurese are a large ethnic population of Indonesian estimated to have a population of throughout Indonesia of some 20 million. 
Madura is a small overpopulated island off the coast of Java with a population of approximately 3.6 million people.
