My favorite place to hang out.  Usually some good conversation can be found at the 'Reserved' table.  This is where you will often find Brian Aldinger holding court and trying to stay on his wife's 'Naughty Nuri's'  good side.  Brian is the consummate host claiming he has the 'best job in the world' and quick to offer you a seat and make you feel welcome.  Ribs are good to very good.  Drinks are strong.

Ngurah Gde Putra is one of my friends in Bali.  He works as manager in charge of guests at Nomad's restaurant and you'll find him there most nights charming the diners.  He's a funny guy and speaks very good English and helps teach me Bahasa Indonesia.  On this visit to Bali he went with me sight seeing a couple of days - here's some video from part of one day at a small historical temple close to Tidak Apa Apa House...  If you see Ngurah ask him about the Three Stooges...
